The Sai Gokula Seva Samsthe Trust is a largest domestic hunger-relief organization, working to connect people with food and end hunger. Donors, staff, and volunteers all play an important role in our efforts to end hunger at Karnataka.
The Sai Gokula Seva Samsthe Trust provides Homeless Shelters and Homeless Service Organizations. This includes all resources necessary to help the needy. Volunteer Opportunities are also needed at most shelters. I have listed contact information for volunteering at these shelters.
In our society, career planning is not given priority or due importance. Many students make career choices based on what their peers chose such as engineering, medicine, police, teaching etc. Decisions on which career path to pursue are also taken basis advise given by relatives, friends, and teachers. Often, one chooses a career after picking and finishing a course. This means that if a student doesn’t pick the appropriate course, it will eventually affect his/her career choice. A study showed that 1 in 3 students is unhappy with the course that he/she chose and almost 4 out of 5 working professionals are unhappy with their jobs. Improper skilling has also led to a crisis in the employability of these graduates. One of the main causes of this is the lack of access to this information. The other key reason being lack of awareness about other career options among various stakeholders such as teachers, parents, and students.
We support Women Empowerment by providing Women Entrepreneurship and skill Women Empowerment is not only an economic development of a woman but it lead to a holistic development of entire family. A woman always thinks about her family betterment compare to a male member of the same family. An empowered woman is able to give better education to her kids and also able to take care of everyone when she has the power of decision making. A successful woman inspire many other women in the community hence eventually overall community will see path of development. PURE India Trust has set a goal to increase the degree of autonomy and self-determination of women among families and in communities in order to enable women to represent their interests in a responsible and self-determined way, acting on their own authority. We have found many such programs which can be combined to create more effective, responsive, inclusive, and accountable institutions for women empowerment.
Many old parents don’t have support during their sunset years. Many children are not in a position to be in the same city of their parents. If you can afford, please do make sure they are taken care of in a good old age home. They deserve it and most importantly they have earned it. We are attempting to list all old age homes in Karnataka
